Safety is a top priority at Windy City. All of our rides are inspected daily by certified ride supervisors, annually and randomly by the State of Illinois, and also by local municipalities. Safety is held to a very high standard and we carry a $5,000,000 general liability insurance policy with a top rated carrier.

Unlike much of our competition, our season lasts approximately 6 months and our travel is limited to an approximate 40 mile radius of our home base. During the winter months, we spend 6 months performing extensive maintenance on our equipment at our 10 acre facility in Aurora, Illinois. Each piece of equipment is thoroughly inspected and appropriate repairs are made in preparation of the upcoming season. Some equipment is totally overhauled from the trailer chaise up, including rebuilding the mechanical components, rewiring the electrical system, sandblasting and repainting to give each ride a fresh from the factory look.
